Gradually show real face, nothing but $$$$$$ agenda. Raise productivity within same amount of time to work. Beg employees to see extra patients, but stingy with OT. Asking to carry workload to the next day. Extreme high turnover over rate. Poor leadership and management. Patient managers are headless and heartless puppets! Employees barely hanging day to day for money then gradually burn out. Quit at the end to save sanity and licences.
