Love working at Search- a very supportive team and an extremely rewarding place to work. The work they do each day is truly incredible and I’ve learned so much by working here. Overall completely recommend it, Best workplace I’ve ever had. Benefits are great too!

There is sometimes a lot of work to be done, as in any nonprofit, but it’s all worth it to support the very worthwhile mission and they do provide you the tools to succeed.

I loved my co-workers and consumers. All of my supervisors had no problem doing work that was "below their pay grade" which fostered good atmosphere. We had lots of fun programs and it was great to see improvements in the lives of our clients.

I was paid higher than the state minimum for my work, but it was not enough for the tasks necessary the job. I realize this is more due to the state budget and medicaid/medicare reimbursement rates, but this was my reason for leaving. At times, the work is very difficult.
