Great company to work for! - Recruiter Search Max Employee Review

Within the recruiting/sales industry you are in absolute control of how much money you make. That couldn't be more true at Search Max. Here we have the opportunity to make a great living and have fun while doing it. We have an amazing team filled with fun, hard working characters. My favorite thing about Search Max is the absence of micro-management. You are in control of your desk.

Recruiting has it's ups and downs. Some people can't handle the downs but I haven't had a problem with them, it's just the nature of the game.

There are many pros to working at Search Max, for example working with a close-knit team that I love and respect daily, the business owners (Adam and Jen) are kind, caring individuals, there is flexibilty with having a personal life outside of work (as long as you work really hard and produce, if you need to come in late or leave early it is never an issue), music is playing in the office which creates light hearted atmosphere

Need to have thick skin- recruiting is like riding an emotional rollercoaster, some days you are up and it feels amazing to make a placement but other days nothing seems to be working in your favor and you need to roll with the low points and have a positive outlook.
