      Pros

      Very responsive and easy to understand. A real positive (from my stand point) is they keep it simple. I like that a lot.

      Cons

      Some may want other types of benefits with the company. I did not. I liked having an hourly wage that allowed me to choose what benefits I wanted.

      Pros

      My experience at Search Wizards was great as it was my intro to re world of Talent Acquisition. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best in the industry. I was supported throughout my time there and as a result I met incredible people across the US many of whom I still speak to.
