- Okay compensation - Skilled, experienced, and helpful teammates - Diverse clients - High standards help develop skills and experience
Cons
- No stability. One week you get told this is how things work, and then they change the system the next week - Delayed salary - No benefits - PTO needs to be filed two weeks in advance. Team lead only allows you to go on leave at most three days at a time. If you want to go on leave for a week straight you need to offset your word count. What's the point of PTO then? - Favoritism, office politics - People get laid off in droves - CEO seems indecisive, makes shortsighted decisions - No career growth within the company
