Some Team leaders are really good experienced, they have lot of I.T knowledge and will guide you in everything.
Cons
-They will hire you on 3 Month training (without pay) and won't move you on full time, HR will give you useless excuses about training is still on and performance but it's not true. They do it with every trainee.
