      No Pros at All Here.

      Cons

      No increment No work-life balance. Very very poor Management No process followed. Nothing is proper here. No PF. They cut pf amount from employee salary and dosen't open the account for the same. So you will not get the PF.

      Pros

      You could get a better designation if you switch your current job Yeah as a fresher you could get a lot to learn as people here are friendly, even the managers are great and always down to help you with anything be it professional or personal matter, though they too are helpless but you would get a good start in your career.

      No Employee benefits, No health Insurance, Delay in salary payment
