      There is a good sense of community between the staff, volunteers, and students. No task is too big or too small for anyone Actively working to improve DEI

      A wealth of knowledge in veteran staff/volunteers that is not always passed along Not a lot room to advance since a small organization

      Pros

      Second Helpings is a great place to help the community and those that need food assitance. The people are very nice and courtuos.

      Cons

      The work is fast pace and you get to prepare many meals a day to those in need.
