Horrific working culture. The CEO is hands down one of the nastiest most toxic people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. A true sociopath with absolutely no regard for the wellbeing of his staff. I'm also aware that the CFO knowingly misreported to figures to the board of directors on multiple occasions. Their staffing model is to employ young creatives with lots of energy and skill and pay them peanuts. The disparity of wages between those who work hard to deliver a great experience (site teams) and those working higher up or in head office is eye watering-ly unfair. The company is riddled with dishonesty and backstabbing. Senior management are spineless men with no interest or respect for ideas other than their own. Avoid at all costs
