Questionable practices were normalized, accountability was virtually nonexistent, and employees were often placed in situations where they were expected to ignore behavior that would be unacceptable at any reputable organization. Communication from management was frequently misleading, favoritism outweighed performance, and decisions were made with little concern for legality, long-term reputation, or employee well-being. It created an environment where integrity was actively undermined and trust in leadership was completely absent. Without a doubt the most unethical and shady place to work imaginable.
