You can't expect progress in this company. They only promote their beloved bhatijas and not the employee who is giving his best. The whole management is so unfair, I wish that I could give a rating in -ve. This is what my actual rating is. Too much favoritism At placement time they will offer you 3.6LPA and when you join the company they will start using the tactics like for now you are on probation period so you will get 7.5 after probation they will give you 15k. No policies for the employee and they will change employer policies now and then
