Pros
At SecureKey, you will be always working on new, greenfield projects. There is a high learning curve for everyone (from senior to junior developers) as we are always dealing with new technologies and products. SecureKey is very good at compensation and bonuses. The environment is super friendly and if you're a software developer, you'll have a chance to work with some of the funniest developer in Toronto.
Cons
Some of the requirements pushed down from the product team are very debatable. In my opinion, sales department under-performed in the previous projects and had poor communications with the development team.
