Love it - Assistant Manager SecureSpace Management Employee Review

I've really loved working at SecureSpace. The biggest thing that stands out to me is that our voices actually matter. It's not one of those places where feedback disappears into a black hole. If you have an idea that can make things better, people listen, and I've been fortunate enough to see some of my ideas turn into real changes across the company. That's a pretty cool feeling. I also genuinely enjoy the people I work with. There are good humans here who care about each other, want to help, and make work enjoyable. It feels much more like a team than just a group of coworkers.

Communication isn't always perfect. As we've grown, there have definitely been times where things could have been communicated more clearly. But it's something the company continues to work on.

The commission pay is the only pro.

Management is a joke. The facility operations director doesn’t care if store staff shows up or not. My job is basically to be a verbal punching bag for operational shortcomings.
