Joined Secureframe as a subject matter expert for GRC. Ended up working across product, sales, internal compliance, directly with our CEO related to go to market efforts and future initiatives. Secureframe is a place where if you are driven and hardworking you will succeed. The company is flat, you have direct access to the CEO and all other leadership at the company who are open to new ideas and suggestions, everyone has the same goal which is help Secureframe win. If you are hungry, excited and driven and are trying to help contribute outside of your job description you will succeed here.
Cons
There is no defined roadmap for success, there is not much guidance from leadership regarding what you should be doing and how you should be doing it. You are a bit on your own to determine what it means to be successful and hitting those goals. On sales there is a defined quota but it does require you to learn about GRC, work with coworkers who are hitting quota to learn and improve.
