Pros

Friendly colleagues and fully remote. Management.

Cons

Unreasonable role expectations for an environment that has zero stability. CEO is noticeably missing a sense of EQ and treats employees like pawns. He had the entire sales dept. fly to Denver to participate in a 3-day long “bootcamp”, only to terminate 50% of them 3 weeks later. Those employees were *finally* trained and then immediately fired. They were given a heads up with only 15 days left to make a quota that no one has made in 4 months… It feels very mismanaged at the expense of the employees’ lives/well-being. There’s a lot of random firing throughout the entire organization. Every weekly meeting someone from C-Suite or management is being let go. Never an explanation. Things like onboarding, training, sales operations, product, marketing, brand… all a dumpster fire. I don’t know if it’s typical start-up growing pains or if it’s because this company is nose down with no control-- either way, it’s bad.

Pros

- True ownership. You're trusted to run with real problems end to end, not just execute someone else's plan. - The company is doing great and the numbers back it up, which makes it easy to feel confident about the future here. - Incredible people and talent. Everyone's genuinely excited to be here, and many bring standout careers, top college backgrounds, and a network that's unmatched. - The founder is genuinely involved and understands the product deeply, so decisions are fast and grounded instead of disconnected from reality. - We stay current with AI tooling and actually adopt it, which keeps the team fast and ahead of the curve. - We ship, we see impact, and we move on without getting stuck in process.

Cons

- Fast growth means processes are still maturing. The upside is that you get to shape how things work! - The bar is high, which can feel intimidating at first, though it's exactly what makes the team so strong.

Pros

Paycheck was reliable and the office had decent WiFi.

Cons

• I spent months watching serious problems get ignored and buried because the culture punished anyone who said things were actually broken • The constant demand for positivity ensured real issues never got addressed and instead were left to fester while everyone acted like nothing was wrong • Raising concerns quickly made me the problem, so I stopped speaking up and saw others do the same just to avoid backlash • It became draining to work in an environment that demanded nonstop fake optimism while actual work collapsed in the background
