Do we have a male-dominated leadership team? Yes, because we are a small company. However, several women have moved into manager roles and are being trained for future leadership positions. 3 - When times are tough, employee pay cuts are sometimes necessary. When pay cuts do happen, the CEO, as a matter of principle, always takes double the pay cut of the hourly workers. For example, if the hourly employees take a 5% pay cut, the CEO takes a 10% pay cut. It sounds like your time here at Securis wasn't the best, and I'm sorry for that. We try hard but don't always get it right—despite this review, we wish you all the best.
