      Pros

      I enjoyed most of my Coworkers and the Clients that I worked with, the pay was good at most sites and the hours was ok as well.

      Cons

      If you have a problem do not expect anyone at the company including Hr to handle it. If you want to be moved for a better position also do not hold you breathe this company will not look out for their employees they will let you fend for yourself. If the hours do not work for you also do not expect them to work with you at any giving time they will keep making excuses until you quit.

      The base pay was decent. Plentiful overtime

      Cons

      -Chronic staffing issues created an unsustainable workload, including seven-day workweeks and double-shifts -Burnout and work-life balance were abysmal. -Subordinate staff did not respect boundaries. -HR disconnected from day-to-day operational realities. -Supervisor had no meaningful authority to address underperformance and misconduct. -Insubordination and poor behavior were tolerated rather than corrected. -Communication and leadership style from the Program -Manager and the client General Manager was unprofessional and confrontational.
