Pros

The company can provide a good source of income if you are willing to track every cent of your own pay because it is never right.

Cons

Ask your interviewer these questions: 1 how often are there pay discrepancies 2 what is your tech attrition rate (how many techs quit and how often) 3 what are my required working hours 4 what is my maximum drive per day 5 how do I get paid to drive from job to job? (This answer will either be a lie or make you not apply) 6 what happens if there is no work how do I get paid 7 what if I am unable or unwilling to travel is there any pay for when my market goes months without work 8 how do I get paid to maintain my stock as far as time spent receiving items and shipping them out 9 if I travel to another market how do I get paid for that time 10 can you send me a breakdown of how I get paid on commissions and can you explain to me how I would accurately track it (it's so convoluted now they won't be able to explain it to you) Most of these you'll be told they can't tell you because your manager or trainer will go over with you. And don't buy into the core value talk....that's the biggest load of bull in this company. Again just lookup reviews for ClearCall Solutions here and read those reviews. I am not making this up. Essentially folks this company is a joke. If you want four weeks of training pay for riding around in a car with a guy then do it and then quit after because the management is so stressed to get you to sell and go to the ends of the earth to do everything for them but unwilling to even help you get your pay fixed you'll quit weeks later anyway. Take the money and run!

Pros

Good pay when you actually had work in your area. Ability to travel for a paycheck, if that's for you. Flexible schedule. Helpful team members. Good communication between different departments. Positive vibe during training.

Cons

4 field managers in very short time. Was very sales driven position. Only way to have steady work was to travel to different markets. Training was a joke. Could not even install system at end of training, but I sure could sell you something. Had to email payroll almost every week about missing or wrong pay.
