      SC is super focused on diversity and inclusion and ensuring all employees are welcomed and happy. All management is super approachable and they show daily that they truly care about their employees.

      Cons

      Security Compass is still a smallish company so corporate and product awareness is lower in the market than similar larger firms.

      Pros

      Morale is really high. It's a great place to work. The culture feels very inclusive, fair, polite, fun, and flexible. Customers are happy too, which helps!

      Cons

      We are growing quickly, which I guess could be a "Con" in some contexts but the growth feels well-managed to me.
