Cons
Low pay, expensive benefits offered, unreliable /no regular raise-no merit system in place. Training is not organized and there is a lot to learn. Some of the employees/supervisors there that are unprofessional, lazy, and get paid to literally do nothing, and nothing is ever done about it when you complain about this issue.
