      Pros

      New niche category that is ready to be blown up. Some very smart people.

      Cons

      Mass (60%) layoffs of company on June 1st. Some were hired a week before. Very little severance (2 weeks). Needed to send computer back before receiving severance. Much mismanagement at the top. No training for anyone really. Just really learn as you go and hope others help you. For Sales, you didn't receive commission until you covered your salary.

      Solid product with a good market fit even if it’s sorta niche.

      Cons

      Feels like the best years may be behind this place - product quality dipping - questionable business decisions from the top.
