Toxic senior management culture where decisions are not thought out and rushed. This then has adverse effects with team morale and workload. The company has also recently gone through redundancies, despite then immediately hiring top level positions. Pay is extremely low, and you are made to work longer than contracted hours. They’re exploiting their workers. There is a very quick and early ceiling at the company. There is no diversity at senior level either, with sexism previously reported. There are several HR issues which have not been handled corrected. There is a real lack of vision and direction.
