Pros

Onboarding is fantastic. Most processes are thorough and well-documented. There is no shortage of food through a well-stocked breakroom, treat days, corporate sponsored lunches.

Cons

RTO mandate has no business justification behind it. "Because the COO said so" is not a valid business reason. Restrictions on work hours. Restrictions on vacation days. Position not eligible for overtime. Position not eligible for bonuses. Attendance at company holiday parties is mandatory. No project managers are PMP certified. Lack of system engineers to fix software bugs, which means many unnecessary workarounds and tedious, manual process steps.

Great team atmosphere. Colleagues are always will to help and collaborate. Pay is okay

Cons

You can pretty much only rely on your teams for help, guidance, or support. Management doesn’t know what you do and will likely just point u to another teammate for direction (head management specifically. seldom do they have an ans for u. Training is also non existent. HR isn’t supportive or helpful with ur concerns either.
