Limited Team Resouces - Business Analyst Segue Technologies Employee Review

Teams are very resource limited. Staff are usually expected to take on responsibilities from other disciplines. For example, a BA would be required to develop and write automated test scripts, develop functional documentation, and generate technical requirements including architecture and code flows. All this while representing the client/business user in developing business processes and supporting the help desk in supporting users. While the new employee literature talks about profit sharing, there is none. Recently new employees lost time off as the company took on the time off policies of an acquiring company. Staff with longer time with the company did not lose anything.
