I would encourage anyone considering a role here to dig deeper than the overall Glassdoor rating. It seems a number of critical reviews have recently disappeared. The company has been experiencing higher than usual attrition rates. Some of the executive leadership practices seem to be fueling a challenging work environment and culture. It's important to fully understand the company's policies regarding stock option vesting and eligibility, especially in the event of a departure. Wishing the company the best, but advise doing thorough due diligence before making a career move. With high employee turnover, I'm worried about what my day-to-day will look like in 6 months. Colleagues are hesitant to approach HR with concerns and HR only seems concerned with protecting the leadership.
