      Friendly and engaging management, great benefits, cohesive staff, great employee engagement, interesting work, potential for growth

      Cons

      Most work is contract, so when contracts go away, so too do the jobs. Though SES is very good about trying to find a place for you to continue working within the company if it's possible.

      Pros

      Great relaxed atmosphere with people who all seem to get along. Good team work on most projects and the diversity in the work load keeps it interesting.

      Cons

      Guidance at times can be lacking as well as upper management. This comes as a pro to some but can be a con to many as well. It is a very self oriented environment.
