      Pros

      This is a good place to start working if you never had a job in a office before. You will learn how to multi task, use window operated programs, sell, and do customer service.

      Cons

      Minimal training, poor salary, no room for growth, high employee turn over, stressful work environment, no benefits and working weekends is mandatory.

      Pros

      SIG is one of the largest auto and commercial insurance agencies in central Florida. They have been a great company to work with. Managers are very understanding when it comes to the employees. Work places are clean and the environment is very friendly. I'll never leave my position.

      Cons

      Most of the clientele speaks Spanish so you should learn the language to work at this establishment. Not really a con because you get to learn a second language if you don't speak Spanish.
