Pros
Coworkers help you out when you need it
Cons
This job can be easily done from home but company requires you to be at office location despite an employee being physically/sexually assaulted in the parking lot. Cameras don’t work, we were then told cameras wouldn’t change anything except “there would be a blurry video”. No benefits besides 7 day PTO. No real training, management talks to you like you’re someone off the street. I would never recommend this job unless you’re literally out of options and desperate. If you are a licensed P&C producer, this job is wildly underpaying as “commission” is $5. I also recommend acting like you can’t do your job as this is acceptable and your position will be dumbed down for you! If you’re an actual good worker, you’ll have to do most of the work.
