Pros
They offer opportunity for people to get a job and get back up on their feet. A lot of employees are recovering addicts of some sort. Any can get hired.
Cons
Pay and hours are very low. A full-time employee makes about $450/week after taxes clocking in 28-33 hours per week. You would still need another side hustle to make ends meet.
