      Enjoyed working with the patients during their rehabilitation

      Cons

      Poor management within the clinic, poor upper management within my region. They pile more work on you without any offer to assist. False promises. Management is too worried about the numbers game and getting the patients "in and out" instead of providing quality care. Upper management was not professional, constantly talking down to employees and patients.

      Good diverse patient experience No techs ethical billing from what was observed

      **only speaking on behalf of Oklahoma City area offices** PT mill worst documentation system possible - taking notes home is a normal experience for most therapists Management is very units driven and push PT's to bill more than what may be necessary Regional and area managers under pressure for revenue and it trickles down to staff therapists with continuous pressure to see patients more often than needed and bill more units than needed at times Will overwork therapists
