Pros

Flexible work hours, minimal supervision, company leads were decent, good installers, great local support staff.

Cons

Saleswomen were treated like window dressing to provide larger sales to under- trained men. You will not earn the money promised, $50,000 - $75,000 unless you come in with your own 400 or more, customer base. When you do get a good one on your own, if it is more than a $1500 sale, very well could be turned over to a man, any man as long as it is not you. You will run your vehicle into the ground with all of the travel of which you are given not enough reimbursement to pay for the gas. Expenses were not paid in a timely manner. The commission structure was a mystery for the first 4 months on the job. Once you figure out the commission, you will spend your time trying to be sure you are getting paid the correct amount which will change on a whim. One month you'll be told you can go after certain accounts, the next, they will be off limits. H.R. does not have your back. Everything that is really important to a new employee, like how they get paid and when their Health Insurance starts, is decided by Home Office and they pass the buck all over the place. It will take you at least 5 or 6 phone calls to find how you get your commission and how much you can expect.
