Pros
I honestly find it very difficult to come up with pros only the office location was beautiful and most of the staff were awesome!
Cons
-excessive work load that is expected, not rewarded! -massively underpaid for your responsibilities and work load -"management" is basically a dictatorship who only knows how to rule with fear! - it was noted if you took your hour lunch break as if it was a bad thing - managerment treated staff like children who couldn't do anything themselves then tell you off for it. - management liked to play the blame game to the point in my time there i was blame and made to feel stupid for a situation i know wasnt my fault and was theres! One also told me i had a extra responsible for our trip so she could have me to blame if something went wrong.... -career building in the company is only possible if you sell them your soul and life! In summary, i actually meet some awesome people whilst i worked there its just management has ruined this company and makes working there hellish. The majority of the people i knew have all now left the company. Advice-don't work here.
