Pros
Very diligent at over-submitting resumes. Obviously has too many opportunities and rushing to fill them all with butts-in-seats rather than lasting relationships.
Cons
Cares about commission instead of about people. Comes off as apathetic and cold. Made the interview process feel like being forced underwater and drowned, rather than exciting teamwork for a perfect fit. Shotgunned resume, trying to get a bite, but were unclear when discussing each application; it was impossible to keep things straight.
