Moesten daarvoor zelf zeil aanschaffen.

Pros

There is little wrong with the work itself, aside from the sheer quantity. If working abroad is something like you will love this., you will love it even more if you go and pick one of the other competing tour operators .

Cons

Sadly enough Selectcamp seems to have a bit of a reputation, on campsites and with other tour operators, and its not a good one. As a cost cutting technique the seem to try to under staff most of there sites, sending in ppl on a part time job and them requesting them to put in 50 hour work weeks (have seen even more) to 'help out' sadly these practices happen every year with with a fresh set of employees. Aside from the workload the organisation is very chaotic, and the seem to be on a major cost cutting spree .

Pros

- spending your summer in a different country

Cons

- very bad pay (compared to other courier companies - accommodation given is not sufficient for the long period of time that the job lasts - lack of communication between couriers and staff members in charge of them - sent wrong information in emails, which makes planning a lot harder - state of accommodation, very old, not working properly e.g. boiler problems (families spending their entire holiday without hot water), plumbing problems, appearance issues (not the same as what you booked online) - expecting couriers to use dirty bedsheets all season instead of providing all with new, clean bedsheets - contract is part time but working a full time job
