      Self-Helpers is serious about their mission to uphold economic opportunity and justice for all, especially those without the resources to defend themselves. as an organization, Self-Help is generally flexible with respect to work-life balance. Self-Help is led by a very fine CEO and founder.

      Cons

      Self-Helpers can be very affected in their display progressive-liberal ideology, uptight in their conformity, prejudicial of non-conformity and insincere in their promulgation of "diversity."

      Pros

      Somewhat descent pay for the work that’s done.

      Cons

      You will not elevate in your career unless you work internally or maybe after 5+years of labor. Work/training load does not match pay. Management and advisors are not team players and do not have a standard system in place across the board.
