Pros
Everyone works remotely, so they're really good at coordinating remote work and you don't have to worry that you're missing out by not being in the office. We have a lot of flexibility with our schedule as long as we get our work done. The work is challenging and interesting and I'm constantly learning something new. There's very little bureaucracy, and they genuinely want our feedback.
Cons
Things change quickly, which can be good, but it means you have to be open to change. It also means constant communication is really important.
