Pros
It a financial services business, therefore there is naturally a level of credibility that goes with it that you can take to an interview with a new employer. If nothing more, it looks good on the CV.
Cons
The company was owned by a French bank whom did not know how the UK market worked. Aside from that, they transferred most projects and people to and from France, people without the necessary skills to get the job done, yet released or ignored the people that had been with the company a long time and new how to make it work.
