There are many 1. Time constraint - office timming is 1030-730, if u enter office at 11 then hald day leave will trigger automatically 2.if u have work or no .. you shoud get attach your self to your seat for minimum 8 hours . 3.Each in and out get tracked and 8 hours will be calculated based on your in time so obviously you shoud sit 11 hours if you wanna go for break outside 4. Management is worst they are not professional behaves like kids . 5.if you wanna join after this , then you should fix in your mind that days are not urs as long as you in bancasella.you can feel as you were in jail and jail master is one italy lady 😜
