Tight deadline need to work for 10 to 12hrs, even in weekends Work Life balance need to forget. Job security is less. 90 days notice period. No buy out or loss of pay policy. Serving notice period is mandatory Management not thinking of retention of good employees they will take new people and manage Employees engagement activities were less. All employee benefits were diminishing in the recent years. Managers are very old, diplomatic, not technical understanding and good in politics so vertical growth is very difficult
