      Great people, great mission, good package

      EDI isn’t a think at Sellafield….the NDA had a 2021-2025 EDI strategy…..what did Sellafield do? They continues to recruit white execs & board members who are majority male!! The Board and senior managers have no BAME representation at all - and that’s out of 130 senior managers….
