There is definitely a family like atmosphere that can be nice especially when you spend most of your days at work. We get a half day on Friday's and the people there are really great
Cons
Long hours but that has a lot to do with the half day so that's to be expected. And it can be frustrating to be there and show interest in growing professionally and be overlooked for promotions in favor of a new hire.
