Great place to work - Appointment Setter Manager Semper Solr Employee Review

One of my favorite things about working at Semper Solr is the positive work environment. Everyone is encouraging and helpful. Management also has a great mindset when it comes to growth and opportunity.

I unfortunately was moving out of state so I was no longer able to work in the office.

Fantastic Work environment where everyone is looking to grow both in personal life and work life. Company values that run strong through everyone in the office. Leaders helping develope new leaders. Very strong and competitive pay that can have a setter making more than those responsible for closing the appointment. Management/ownership want to see everyone succeed and are willing to help you when you are struggling with results. Beneficial start time, allowing you time both before and after work for personal life.

This job is not for the people looking to make a quick buck. Requires hard work and dedication, especially when learning processes and learning how to be successful. Door to Door in the heat or cold can be rough if not determined enough to succeed. This job is commission based but once you learn the system to being successful you can make very good money here. 6 days a week, but those that are determined enough will be thankful for the opportunities provided.
