Pros
very good job stability and work life balance is very good also. Decent retirement benefits that many other companies do not provide.
Cons
Very slow (or no growth). The work is not challenging and not rewarding as is same with compensation and promotion. The people that you work with are smart but also very risk averse and it tends to limit the creativity of the workforce.
