      Pros

      There are several things that inspire me about working at Semrush: · valuable product that leads the market -- that makes me feel that I am doing something very crucial and useful for our customers; · openness to new ideas from employees -- everyone may come up with their ideas and it might become a part of research/deployment in foreseeable future; · fair recognition system -- if you are a great performer, there is no doubt that company will encourage you.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
