Semrush used to be the place to work. You HAD all of the above +:
- Career opportunities
- Management truly knowind their employees' strengths, fostering a safe and productive environment, which led to innovation and performance
- You could ask 90% of employees, and they would tell you that they were happy to go to work
Unfortunately, all this is in the past, and Semrush lost its values and soul in 2024.
I truly believe that you can lead a department and a company to new heights while still keeping a human approach, but Semrush took another direction, and that's okey.
