Pros

1) Strong product mind-set company with a solid product and very capable tech teams. 2) Great benefits for all locations (for example, in Spain, we have trusted PTO; paid private health insurance; Retribución Flexible to reduce taxes for food, transportation, education and daycare; Personal Budget for entertainment, team building budget, breakfast in office every day, different menu, internet allowance, and many, many more perks, flexible working hours) 3) In General, we have very kind co-workers with a lot of willingness to make things work. Great culture of partnership and collaboration among colleagues within teams 4) Global Mindset: The company has changed significantly during the last years for a more global mindset, globally distributed workforce and colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

Some times, the strong collaboration among coworkers happened more within Departments and Divisions, rather than between them. Definitely a point of improvement. Flexible working hours are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but some times afternoons can get a bit heavy due to meetings with different time-zones.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
