Cons
Some times, the strong collaboration among coworkers happened more within Departments and Divisions, rather than between them. Definitely a point of improvement.
Flexible working hours are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but some times afternoons can get a bit heavy due to meetings with different time-zones.
