I love the Company Culture

Weather in Youngstown not so good in the winter months

- laid back, friendly atmosphere with awesome people - great place to learn and grow - Senior management is generous (workstation upgrades are almost always granted, a lot of social company events, bonuses are regular, good benefits -- especially PTO)

- communication between employees needs improvement
