You’ll get blamed for their mistakes. AI productivity measurement - we are asked to use AI tools and are measured based on our token usage. Nothing else matters except how much we use AI. Not sales, not pipeline, only how much can we seek to replace our own jobs Lack of job security - veterans of many years were terminated with no transition. Promises of them being replaced with more capable and skilled leaders were all lies.
