Pros

The people and culture is really one you can get behind. The transparency and openness of the company and leaders ensures that you always feel apart of the big picture. Leaders are there to support you and the company, however always pushing you to achieve your best. Sendle supported me as an employee and always made me feel apart of the team even though I was part time. Not once did this effect my opportunities to grow and experience new and different parts of the business. Sendle is solving such a big issues and is a company I can get behind 100%. As it is Helping small businesses everyday and encouraging more growth in this industry. It was wonderful to be apart of a movement that was tackling one of the biggest monopolies in Australia and winning.

Cons

Obviously being a start up it is very quick pace and priorities change and therefore if you need clear expectations of what it is you need in a job and are resistant to change then this might not be the environment for you. I however thrived in this environment and learning the ability to quick to adapt to changing priorities has massively helped me in my new role.
