As we grow, we are continuously improving our organization, including how we manage projects, priorities, and workload, to ensure that we are sustainably moving in the right direction. We mainly do that by employing the strategic framework “objectives and key results” (OKRs). Every team manager is responsible for walking their team through what OKRs are and how they are applied in their team so that the main priorities keep being top-of-mind. Pros

Teams are generally quite collaborative. There are some great leaders in there, that really invest in you. There is room for growth and some big clients that really create an impactful portfolio. Good bonus policy.

Cons

It's often too much work for a person to manage in a day and it gets worse when anyone takes a holiday and the work has to fall on your lap (with a backup system that is not properly setup either). Salary is below the average for the same role in other companies, especially this size. It eventually becomes evident you could have a more balanced workload for a higher pay somewhere else.
