We’re glad to read that you can mention several factors which are contributing to your positive work experience.
As we grow, we are continuously improving our organization, including how we manage projects, priorities, and workload, to ensure that we are sustainably moving in the right direction. We mainly do that by employing the strategic framework “objectives and key results” (OKRs). Every team manager is responsible for walking their team through what OKRs are and how they are applied in their team so that the main priorities keep being top-of-mind.
If you have any feedback to give in terms of your OKR targets, we encourage you to talk about it with your manager in your 1-on-1’s. And otherwise please keep sharing your thoughts in our anonymous employee engagement surveys, e.g. Peakon, and by asking questions to our executive leadership team in our company all-hands meetings.
